Four steps, start to finish

We built our process around being easy to work with. You should know what is happening at every stage, and you should never have to guess what the visit will cost or how long it will take. Here is the whole thing.

1. Get your quote

Start by telling us what you have. Call or text (256) 967-3054 or fill out the quote form on our site with a short list of items or a couple of photos. The more we can see, the tighter the estimate. From there we give you a firm, up-front flat quote based on how much room your load will take in the truck. No vague ranges, no pressure. If the number works for you, we move ahead.

2. Book a window that fits

Once you are happy with the quote, we lock in an arrival window that suits your day. Mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and weekends are all fair game depending on the schedule, and we often have room for same-day or next-day visits when you need things gone fast. We will confirm the details so you are not left waiting around.

3. We do all the lifting

On the day of your appointment, our crew shows up ready to work. You show us the items, we take one more look to confirm the quote still fits what is actually there, and then we get to it. We carry everything out ourselves, from wherever it sits, whether that means navigating stairs, tight hallways, or a packed garage. You do not touch a thing. When the truck is loaded, we tidy up the area so the space is ready for whatever comes next.

4. We haul, donate, and recycle

Loading up is only half the job. We sort what we collect so that usable furniture, appliances, and household goods head to local donation partners, and metal, cardboard, and other recyclables are kept out of the landfill.
