How Our Pricing Works

You pay for the space you use

Our pricing is built on one simple idea: you pay for how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. Fill a small corner and you pay for a small corner. Fill the whole bed and you pay for the whole bed. It is an easy way to keep things fair, because a few bags of clutter should never cost the same as a full garage of furniture and boxes.

Before we start any work, we look at the load, measure it against our truck space, and give you a firm flat quote. That number is the number. You approve it up front, and we do not change it midway through unless the job turns out to be meaningfully larger than what we were shown, in which case we stop and agree on a new flat price together first.

What affects your price

• Volume: The biggest factor is how much space the load fills in the truck.
• Minimum charge: Very small pickups are covered by a modest minimum, which keeps it worthwhile for us to send a crew and a truck out to you.
• Heavy or specialty items: Extra-heavy or awkward pieces such as pianos, hot tubs, and large safes may carry a small add-on because of the labor and disposal involved. See our hot tub removal page for an example.
• Access: In most cases access does not change the price, but jobs with long carries or unusually tricky stairs may factor in.

Why we quote flat and up front

Nobody likes a bill that balloons at the end of a job. That is why we settle the price before we touch anything. When our crew arrives, we confirm the quote against what is actually there, you give the go-ahead, and then the work begins. You will always know your total before a single item leaves the ground.

Why you will not see dollar amounts here

You may notice we do not print set prices on this page, and that is on purpose. Every load is different, and the honest answer is that the fair price depends on your specific pile. Posting a one-size number would either overcharge small jobs or shortchange big ones. Instead, we would rather look at what you actually have and quote it accurately.
